Dining at the Château
To give our guests a true taste of la vie de château, we offer a unique catering concept set in one of the Château’s many reception rooms, each with its own distinct atmosphere. The Music Room, nestled in one of the château’s towers, exudes refined elegance with its soft shades of white and pink. The Dining Room impresses with its grand décor, featuring works by a renowned 17th-century Flemish painter. For those who love to read, the Library offers a more intimate and peaceful setting.

Perfectly placed between the D-Day beaches and Mont Saint-Michel, Canisy sits at the heart of the best Normandy has to offer. Leave the logistics to us. We work with a carefully selected network of local transportation partners to arrange your transfer from train stations, airports, and the harbors of Cherbourg and Caen. Once you’re here, our team can plan personalized tours of the region, with or without a private guide. A highlight not to be missed: crossing the bay of Mont Saint-Michel on foot or on horseback, an experience that stays with you long after you leave.

Vegetable Garden Farm Life Through All Senses
Across our three historic farms — la Ménagerie, l’Orangerie and la Vallée — nature becomes alive and tangible for children. They feed and care for the animals, discover Normandy’s ancient breeds, and experience the natural rhythm of farm life, between stables, gardens, woods and meadows.
