The park and the estate
With an estate of almost 800 acres, the park of the Château de Canisy is particularly suited for bucolic walks.
A large part of the estate is listed as a historical monument and extends to the Joigne valley.

Opening hours
Opening Hours available soon.
Château visits are available throughout the year by reservation (minimum of 6 adults required).
No advance booking is required to visit the park during the published opening hours and dates.
Visits to the park and château are on foot.
All wheeled devices – except wheelchairs, mobility aids for persons with reduced mobility (PRM), or strollers – are not permitted.
Due to the estate’s mission as a sanctuary for endangered regional animal breeds, dogs are not allowed.
Please do not bring or consume food or drinks during visits of the estate or the château.
In the event of extreme weather conditions, some parts of the estate may be closed for safety reasons.
A village car park is located opposite the entrance to the park.
The following items are prohibited during visits:

Motorcycle or bicycle helmets;

Hiking poles;

Walking sticks;

Toy or decorative swords;

Ball;

Any sharp, pointed, or blunt objects, including metal-framed backpack baby carriers.
